Testicle lump showing strange symptoms after 12 years

I found a hard pebble sized lump attached at the top of my right testicle (very close to the epididymis) when I was 11 years old. I'm 23 now and the lump has gone unchanged for 11 years. Ive noticed another same sized lump attached to my epididymis and my testicle is noticeably larger. for the past year i have been experiencing a dull ache in my lower right abdomen that sometimes changes to my lower back and leg. I've also been experiencing bad gas and IBS like symptoms, constant gurgling and bubbling in the lower right abdomen. What is goin on with me? I'm very scared and I'm trying to gain the courage to see a doctor. Please help.
