I know this is weird but i'm worried here. My right side testicle and cord always gets swollen if i go more then 3-4 days without a ejaculation, the cord gets this solid/hard feeling to it, if i dont ejaculate it starts to hurt after 5 days, if i let it out then it's fine the next day, it's just so weird, this always happens if i dont do it regurarly, do anyone know what could be wrong? infection?
