My testicals have turned white and so has the hair as well. and its only on the testicals. the closest thing i have found thats close to what i think it is may be vitiligo, but then again it will itch sometimes (i dont know if thats vitiligo or not) but it covers only my testicals and not my penis. so im not sure on what it could be.

any ideas?
