Hello, I am 12 years old and going through puberty. I was in the shower when I found 2 lumps on both testicals on each side of them. These lumps arent very big and r soft and only hurt when i push down on them. I am embarrased to ask to go to the doctor and scared there's something wrong. I hope its not cancer and I've heard cancer is hard and small. Please help me determine if something is wrong and if i should go to the doctor right away or if it's nothing ot worry about. And if i should go to the doctor do i just say to my parents i would like to go to the doctor for a checkup and then tell the doctor when i get there the problem instead of telling my parents?

You should tell your parents you want to go to the doctor. The doctor will help you with your questions and calm your fears.
