I have a lump on the top of my scrodum
just before the base of my penis.
It's been there for a long time and is a
little tender to the touch. At first i
thought it was a pimple and tryed to pop
it. But it wouldnt pop. It will fade at
times but still be visible.It just
recently got a bit bigger, and is now
about the size of the tip of an eraser of
a pencil.
What is it? And how do i get rid of it?

i would talk to a doctor first. Several
years ago I overheard someone talking
about this senario, and that person had
applied nitrogen to it with a swab once
daily until it fell off like a wart. Ask a
DR first
