I am 21 years old

I m suffering from epididymitis from 2 weeks, my RIGHT testis is swollen and some tender pain while touching it, the pain carried to lower abdomen,

Before i found the symptoms for the first time i felt some thing like fever and i went to doctor for assistance

He prescribed sparflo 200 mg and relent (sorry for the spelling)

The next day i felt some tender pain while touching the right testis, and it is found swollen.

The next day i went to my doctor and he prescribed me hetrazon (15 tablets) and told me to continue the sparflo 200mg (l daily along with hetrazon-100 daily 3 )

After 5 days i went to him again and i found some decrement in my pain and but it is still swollen

Then he prescribed me L-CIN 500 mg ( for five days 1 tablet for each day) along with hetrazon (15 tablets and nice (2 daily)

After 5 days It is still swollen with mild pain, again he prescribed L-CIN 500 mg
and ACEMED (daily 2)

But it isn't cured still i am feeling light pain while wearing trousers and my right testis is still in swollen state

NOTE: There is a night fall in successive days for the first time i found the
symptoms

And for every five days there is a night fall and i feel light pain in right testis
the day after the night fall.

please help, due to this i am not able to concentrate on my studies.....

please help.
