Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing us

Unfortunately the history provided by you is not very much informative but based on the information I would try to help you.
It seems you are having uterine cramps which can be due to various reasons as premenstrual symptom, during pregnancy, uterine pathology etc.
If the Urine test is showing positive and also you had unprotected intercourse then chances are there that you have conceived as during early pregnancy it is usual to have slight cramps due to stretching of the surrounding ligaments.
Please visit a Gynaecologist for pelvic examination and it would help in giving a fai idea.
Take care!
