Hi there,My husband and i are ttc,i stopped the Pill the 1st wk in Jan and had normal periods and ovulations.I ovulated on the 16th,we had sex days before and on and after the 16th,from last nite, i am having terrible period like cramps,sharp pains down my thigh,headaches,sore throat,fluish.My period is only due in 10 days,could i be pregnant?

The chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. If there are no vaginal or cervix related issues (like infection, inflammation etc), then it is likely that pregnancy had resulted with the intercourse during your fertile days. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination to look for signs of pregnancy and go ahead with a blood CG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Blood HCG tests can detect pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post conception. Urine pregnancy tests take longer time to show positive results.
