Q: tension pains ?

Hi, i started getting these sharp pains in the back of my right eye basically some months ago. and i came to notice it would happen after i had coffee or energy drinks....i went to my eye doc and she didnt see any swelling or bleeding or redness or anything. the eye itself doesnt hurt. went to my gp and he told me to stop drinking coffee, and that it was causing me to have the tension headaches.

its back now, and i havent had any coffee or energy drinks, and i would really love to know what the hell is going on with me....

can anyone help?
