Q: tension headache or chronic fatigue syndrome ?

I have headache since a lot of years ago. I have tried just about every treatment and preventive medicine with negative results. The last diagnose is chronical tension headache.
The main problem is that sudenly one year a go I feel extremely tired. I got a crhonical fatigue. After a new round of Doctors they said I have chronical fatigue sindrome. The medical treatment was NOBRITOL (0-0-1) and DEANXID (1-1-0).

I think that my problem is not the CFS. The cause of my problems is the tension headache so this month I decided to quit the drugs and try to find some natural help.

What do you think ?

Do you have headaches different from previous headaches in quality, severity, or pattern since you got the fatigue as accompanying symptom?

No. The headache is the same, now and before the strong fatigue as accompanying symptom. Always the pattern of the pain has been the same along these years.

Have you been tested for low blood levels of thyroid hormones (hypothyroidism)?
Are you experiencing other symptoms, too?

Yes, some years ago a Doctor reject problems with the thyroid hormones.
Nevertheles if you think that this is a probable origen of my headache I can try to make one blood analylis again to test this data.

The "only" symptoms are tension headache, especialy intense when I have insomnia (without the drugs the insomnia was frequent), and chronicle fatigue.
