hi my name is robert i am 23 years old and i had a hydrocele/inguinal hernia repair in jan 27th of this year. the healing process was going great but then just recently i've noticed my right testical being tender and sensitive,it is larger than my right testical and feels hard. its been like that for some time now and im really concerned about this.im starting to think it will stay like this permanantly! please give me answers thanx....
