Hello, My last period was on August 18,2009 and today is October 21,2009. On October 16th I had some spotting that lasted for about 24 hours.My periods are normally irregular anyways My breasts have been very tender and swollen. I cant even take a shower with the water hitting them or lay down on them at night.I keep getting sharp pains and heaviness in my lower abdomen.

I took a at home pregnancy test a week ago that came back negative. I am wondering if I am pregnant?
A few years ago I had a ectopic pregnancy so it concerns me a little bit and my doctor is booked up until the end of novemeber.

Could anyone give me some help?
