Hello.

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

The symptoms described by you as tender/sore breast, clear watery discharge, insomnia, cramps, fatigue are very much suggestive of pregnancy.Since you had unprotected intercourse so high possibility of conception is present.

It would be too early for any test to show up.Just wait for the next periods right now and if they are missed then after a week get a Urine test done for pregnancy determination. You can also get a Blood hcg test done which gives confirmatory results after a week of the missed period. No test would give result before a missed period.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
