So the past couple days my nipples have been pretty sensitive to touch. My clothes are fine but washing over them in the shower hurts. Also, I started getting a soreness in my pelvic area. At first it was so bad that I couldn't sit up but now its just a discomfort when I have to go to the bathroom. It doesn't feel like the same kind of pain from a UTI. It almost feels kinda like a pulled muscle pain. What could this be a sign of?

You should undergo a urine pregnancy test first (if you are fertile). If that is negative, then your Gynecologist can further evaluate these symptoms.
