Q: Tender lumps from anus

I have a lump of flesh that is protruding out of my butt hole that is very tender. It hurts whenever i move myself at all. It is round and very sensitive to the touch. This only started yesterday night, I am very concerned....please help, I'm in quite a bit of discomfort and pain.


edit: I'm 20, just slightly overweight, and crap every 2 days on average. I've heard that not crapping every day could cause colorectal cancer, so i'm sorta scared...
