I have a small hard lump right under my jawline ear area on the left side that is somewhat tender. I have in the last couple of months been feeling tired more than normal and have also been bruising very easily and more than I ever have before. I have also lost quite abit of weight and I am not trying too. I am a 37 year old female that is pretty healthy otherwise. If there are any directions in which I should do some research could you please direct me....thanks
