For the last few weeks i have been feeling a little off and now i am feeling like i am not comfortable in my own skin. I thought i was pregnant because i started to feel tender in my breasts and i was feeling nausea and urinating a lot but i took a test just last friday and it came out negative. Well i really do not think pregnant is an option anymore i got my period a few days early and it started off like spotting or at least i thought it did.. anyway it got heavier and i started to get really bad cramps these cramps are not like my usually monthly cramps it extended into my lower back as well. Could this have something to do with being stressed out and being sick i just recently got a cold with a stuffy nose and a dry kind of cough. I normally get tender breast just before my period but it goes away when i get it this time it did not do you think something is wrong with me or could i be pregnant even though i just do not think i could be anymore?

its probably from being a little under the weather. since your stuffed up, and have a dry cough your chest may be hurting from coughing and that could be the answer to tender breasts.
if you had your period you most likely are not pregant.
you may just have more cramps and uncomfortably because your not feeling well.

hope you feel better though!
