Q: Ten days late - am I pregnant ?

I am going on ten days late and have had 3 neg preg tests. We have been trying to get pregnant. I have been having some mild lower backaches off and on, but not as bad as my period. Could I be pregnant? My last cycle was on April 18th and I had a laproscopy done on the 22nd to fixed a twisted tube and take out some endometriosis.
