Occasionally I experience hypersensitivity all over my body, and sometimes just in patches. It makes it so that even the lightest touch hurts and silk feels like sandpaper against my skin. It usually doesn't last for more than a few days, and I only seem to get it every couple of months. But I was wondering what causes it and if there is a way to help/ prevent it.
