Q: temporal headaches

I have been having pressure and pounding on my right side temple and pressure all around my head. I had a scan and the doctor did not see anything. He prescribed me antibiotics for ten days, I am on my 7th day and it is a dull palpitation or sometimes a strong one. What do I do? Which specialist should I go to? I got my eyes check, I need to go to the dentist and check that. I have never suffered from headaches at all. any clues? THANKS
