Q: temporal arteritis and left side numbness

Just had a temple biopsy on both sides to rule out temporal arteritis. Test results were negative. My CRP has been at a constant 5.8 since January. In addition to left side temple pain and numbness I continue to have episodes of severe body shakes , entire left side numbness, and extreme heaviness in the left side. Once the shakes subside, the heaviness last for 30 to 60 min and I have difficulty walking and poor balance. I am seeing a neurologist and have had EEG, MRI, CT all with no significant results. Pain is severe can you help?
