he is a really happy baby and he is no problems at all, i really am lucky to have a good boy, he is 6month old, recently he has days were he is really upset, i can calm him down but it just aint him, on these days he gets red cheeks, he starts wth nappy rash, gets a runny nose, and dribbles alot, really restless, i think it is teething, is it?

No, this is not teething. A rash is never the result of teething, it sounds like he is sick or having an allergic reaction to something. You should probably take him to the doctor to make sure that he is ok.

A child's primary teeth, sometimes called "baby teeth," are as important as the permanent adult teeth. Primary teeth typically begin to appear when a baby is between age six months and one year.
