My penis when not erected seems to be 50 degrees up which is then seen through my pants and which is really embarrassing.. I think the problem is because I tried the natural penis enlargement technique.. I did this "you simply circle and squeeze the base of the penis using your forefinger and thumb and slowly slide your fingers down towards the head of the penis"

I think the problem is because I use to pull my penis 90 degrees straight, so maybe that made my dick go up?
I need a solution.. I tried to put a shoe lays around my penis and tight it down so that my penis goes down and it does but when I take the lays off, it goes back to the same way before..
