I am sixteen.. 166cm tall and weigh around55kg.I am very athletic doing an hour of sports (eg.netball or kickboxing.) daily and other activities.I am pretty lean.
I recently lost around 17kg.. then found I was unable to sustain my weight turned unhealthy foods.
I have not gained more than 1kg but I recently had blood tests which revealed that I have high cholesterol (of the bad kind.. something like nine, I think.Dont know what that means)And I was shocked since I am only sixteen!
I found out though that my nan produced her own cholesterol all her life and had to take pills so that could have been passed on to me.
I was wondering what sort of nutritional needs do I have.
I want to lower my cholesterol if possible and I also would like to know what sorts of food I should be eating.
For example I am not sure if my body needs 2-3 serves of dairy two serves protien aswell as five veges two fruits daily. And because I do a lot of exercise does this mean I need a lot of extra carbs to sustain my body?
Also I suffer from stress and do meditation to help.. I was wondering can any supplements help with stress?
Do I even need them?
Also is it possible to estimate how many kj I need to aim for in a day.. because I really want to make sure I dont lose more weight right now.. my doctor has already suggested a low-fat diet.. which could easily stick to but I am afraid I might lose more weight.
Can you help?

You can eat more food, but just keep it healthy. Fruits, vegetables, and soups are great. You can try taking fish oils, vitamin c, or a multivitamin. They work great for energy, stress, and health.
