The key word there is YET, just because it hasnt happened YET doesnt mean it wont. Something like that will give a teen a false confidence. Teens think " it wont happen to me" Well guess what pregnancy happens to just about everyone who has sex. People need to think about that next time they have sex.

This is a teen pregnancy SUPPORT forum, not a bashing-your-mistake/consequence forum. If you cannot be supportive or offer supportive advise to teens that are ALREADY pregnant, you should not be posting here. Please refer to the thread http://ehealthforum.com/health/topic119037 .html on what is and is not appropriate to post in this forum.

Active User, very eHealthy
no one is bashing...she was telling you what this forum is for.
obviously you had the intention to bash those who respond to your post, otherwise you wouldn't have posted your topic and stated what you did above.

so i think you should be the one growing up here.
not everyone plans a pregnancy, not everyone things how you do, sometimes things happen, and people take action to their choice be it keep adopt or abort.
so its really rude of you to post what you did.
i do agree that the young teens who are out there planning and trying for a baby at a very young age are insane, but not everyone that is a teen parent does this.
yes they should get on some sort of protection, but that is easier said than actually done.

again, you must have intended to bash those who respond to your post or else you would not have posted this topic or i should say statment.

I have not once bashed you on ANY forum. In the abortion debate forum, things get heated, which is TO BE EXPECTED, as every individual has their own perceptions on life and life issues. In the Men's Chat ( http://ehealthforum.com/health/please-only -women-answer-this-question-t139884-a1.htm l ), are YOU NOT the one who accused ME of incest because I have seen my brother naked? And found him attractive as a male? Not as a sexual object? First off, if you are going to try to have an intelligent conversation, learn to spell (it's "Congratulations"). Secondly, it would be wise of you to learn the definition of words before accusing one of committing crimes, as false accusations can lead to detrimental repercussions, not only to you, as falsely accusing, but also to me, as what you say can be taken seriously and I could be investigated. Third, my intention was not to bash you here or any other place. I am simply stating that opinions regarding teen sex do NOT belong on this forum. These girls are going through enough and don't need someone ELSE telling them they are stupid for having sex.
Taken from the thread rules regarding this forum, also titled "What to post in this forum", I quote: "Additionally, posts questioning the decisions of teenagers will be edited and may be removed. Do not make recommendations for adoption or abortion, unless requested. These posts will be immediately removed. Please refrain from judging or criticizing one another. This is a safe haven for teens who are pregnant. "
