Current medical status: i have black hats and sores on my skin
Current medical treatment: i am taking some anti biotic for my skin

It is very common for teenagers to have premature ejaculation. It is not considered a sign of disease. You may try a stop-start technique or squeeze-pause technique. Both techniques include stopping the stimulation right before the climax. When the sensitivity is no longer high, you can start stimulating again. Repeating these techniques up to 10 times a day might show very good results.
