According to the information you reported, you might be experiencing premature ejaculation. The cause for premature ejaculation is not well known. If there are no neural pathological disorders (rarely), then several pieces of advice can be given.

You might want to try the stop-start technique. You can do it when masturbating and when having intercourse with your partner. When close to climax, stop moving or tell your partner, so she can climb down off you immediately. Then squeeze the penis a few centimeters behind the glans. That might feel uncomfortable, but will stop the blood flow to the penis thus not allowing the climax before the nerve sensation passes. When you feel that the sensation is decreased, you can continue and repeat this for several more times. After a period, you will find that you need more time to ejaculate.

In the end, you might want to try desensitizing creams. Consult your doctor about the product before applying it.
