Eat a healthy balanced diet,Something very simple you can do when your shopping in the store when choosing fresh fruit and veg go for colour, the more colour the more antioxidants they have. Cut out simple fatty foods, Take away, Deep frying foods while cooking at home, Microwaved foods. Change your drinking habits, If there is a need to cut out of cut down on alchole then do so, Call it a weekend treat, Drink the recommended daily in take of water.

Well, Taking a diet pill is a personal choice, But my way of thinking is.. "If it doesnt grow from the land or feed on the land dont put it into your body." Simple really. That way your not putting any chemicals/bad toxins into your body.
Have you seen any good effects from taking these tablets? How long have you been taking them? Did you seek medical advice before taking them? How much weight are you aiming to lose?

To reply, Xenical is a very good product. It helps to get rid of all of the fat in your body. The problem we have in SA is that you struggle to get Xenical and it is very expensive. But keep on going with the Xenical.

Weight loss products are good but you need plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with water. Then you should take them strictly according to the instructions given.
