Tearing feeling after appendectomy

Dr harpreet thanks for guiding me but i have a very pressing question your you..im in pain and a lot of confusion because nothing is clear...there was this tearing taht started after appendoctomy and the wholr right lowere abdomen extreme low down it\\\\\\\'s paining and to me it seems clearly the sase of muscular pain but which is happenneng/happenned because of the teraing /pushing of stitches inside of the sutured area..now the ct scan has revealed nothing but it is clera ..as soon as i touch my abdomen that something is raw inside ..and as soon as i sit..the pain has seeped to lower aree in both the sides...as you said ..i deo feel that there is inflammation of muscles and could be inflammation of intestine alos apart from that because there is problem in stools and and i cannot also push hard at my stomach...when i do it\\\\\\\'s paining...now dr harpreet....if test dont reveal as they have not what should i do...because clearly the muscles are paining very bad....now its 3 months
