Q: tear near entrance of vagina

This past Monday, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time, removing our virgin status. There wasn't much foreplay, which would have helped with the pain upon entry. However, we did use lubrication and both of us were protected (condom the pill).

Afterward I went to the bathroom and I noticed some blood. I've been told it's common for blood to appear if the girl wasn't stretched enough (and my boyfriend is a little on the big side). The next morning, though, I tried masturbating and it really hurt. I looked at myself in the mirror, and I'm pretty sure I'm torn near the entrance of my vagina. I don't remember if it's always been like that, but this is definitely the first time I've given myself a look that long.

I haven't had sex since, nor have I tried masturbating that way since the morning after. Other women online complain about pain and soreness constantly, but I feel nothing. I've followed the advice of keeping the area clean with warm water, not doing any exercise, and just leaving it be. I haven't noticed any changes.

Do I have a cut? If so, how long will it take to heal?

(Pardon the crudeness, paint is not my median of choice.)

you should probably just leave the area alone for a while and allow it time to heal if its a small tear..then you should be fine...as you said..it was probably just because it was your first time..but dont do anything again too soon or it could be painful
