Can you tell me in layman\'s terms what the following means?

Chest 2 views PA&Left LAT
Report: The lungs are emphysematous. There is a questionable calcified granuloma in the right middle lobe and small calified reght hilar lymph node.

Impression: Emphysematous. Suggest old granulomatous disease.
