When I was about 7 years old (50 years ago) I was having breathing problems resulting in my parents taking me to the doctor. They diagnosed scar tissue caused by leasions on my left lung but said the TB was then already inactive and that my system had stopped it by itself. I had no treatment but have always tested pos on TB skin test. I was followed by public health with xrays etc for many years. Now X-Rays show no sign of the leisions and they seem to be gone.

Well I was wondering if this TB being in my system could reactivate. I know 50 years is a long time to be symptom free but I recently read something that led me to believe it could return on 10% of patients like me. I have no symptoms but was just curious.
