No, haven't tried it. I've eaten it in some of the foods I've had (with no problem), but I'm not sure how it would work as as flour or the effect it could have on you. I sometimes make pizza crust out of a combination of almond flour and ground flax, so you have those options too.

thanks for answering me! my hubby bought it for me and I had never heard of it. But I did make some cookies with it, and I really enjoyed them. Did not seem to bother my blood sugar. I will try to make the crust with your suggestions, crust is one of the things that I miss the most. Love this forum, and thanks to your diet I am slowly getting my blood sugar under control. Thanks for all the great Info!
