Ive been having these weird movements thruogh out my whole body.At first i thought they were spasams. But The movements are getting worst. I think i got a tape worm or some other parasite living in my muscles. and body. starting to scare me I felt somthing moving in the back of my head in side goes from one side to the other. and my right foot feeling somthing move from my foot to my calf to my thigh. Then on day i was taking a shower and something started moving from the front of my neck down to my chest freaked me out. Im almost positive that i contracted a parasite. maybe from uncooked pork not done all the way. I went to my doc,and he didnt run any test, thought I was crazy. Its been months and it getting worst more movements really bad in the morning it wakes me up. Dont know what to do. WHAT KIND OF PRCRIPTION MEDICATION ARE GOOD FOR GETTING RID OF TAPWORM! I feel like crap everyday now Im only 30. Its like their taking over i just want them gone. Ive tried herbs they dont work. i have them bad. What kind of meds do you rcomend. So i can be heathy again and get on with my life. please help thank you Denise

Tapeworms and other parasites usually live in your intestines. This could be a nerve issue. Maybe it just feels like there's something there? If it is your nerves doing this, once they find the underlying reason, it should go away.

Also, there hasn't been a case of trichinosis in like 50 years in the U.S. from commercial pork, so don't worry about that specifically.

The only meds are what a doctor can prescribe. Go to your primary care doctor. He or she may want a stool sample and a blood test. Write down all your symptoms (not just the crawly feeling), when they started, and when you feel them most. Also write down any questions for the doctor and make sure they're answered. Good luck.

I agree with MyrahU. It's probably a psychological issue more than anything else. How can tapeworms live in your muscles? They are found in the intestine. Your doctor should be able to find out the problem.
