This year my boyfriend graduated from highschool and like most of the girls, i attened the solarium (tanning bed) during the winter. However, when i burn, my skin gets terribly itcy, especially at first when my skin isn't used to that kind of heat/light. My arms and legs wouldnt be botherd by this itchyness.. it was more less my belly and back. It would get soooo bad i wouldnt sleep at night, i'd rub aloe vera on the itchy spots and put a cool damp cloth over my chest/belly area. It takes me skin extrememly long to tan. My skin is somewhat dry... but not overly! i LOVE tanning, i know its harmful but i would love if someone has any tips regarding my issue. A certain lotion maybe? what to do after i get out of the tanning bed? anything!
I was thinking about trying sunblock rather than lotions when i get it. Since the lights are so powerful.. and if i use a sunblock with a lower spf, rather than burn... would i tan?
