Few years ago it appeared in my left hand some brown spots as if I have a bad tan with different forms. It looks like small clouds and it was quite big. I thought it was some kind of fungus but I did not care about it, it disappeared. Now again during the summer the tan spots appeared again in a different areas and also between two of my fingers. I want to know what this could be and how to treat it. Thank you.
