Current medical status: on medication...bloddpressure is way down..way good..my gp will start weening me off to see if it was just temporary high blood pressure..because i have always had great blood pressure up until the beginning of last year..i started excercising and stopped smoking
Current medical treatment: Avalide 300 Loestrin 24

If you eat healthy and take all those supplements regularly you can be sure that you take enough vitamins and supplements.

You can perform a densitometry test to check your bones and the eventual presence of osteoporosis.

Did taking vitamin supplements help the patients having CTS to prevent it?

I would say as long as they are quality vitamins you should be just fine with your recommended daily amounts

Is it okay to take prenatal pills even though not prego nor lactating. I heard it is good for hair, vitamins, and skin.
