Hi

I was sick for around one year, I was with depression, brain fog, memeory loss, bone pain etc.I looked so thin and no charm in the face.
Now I feel 50 to 60% improvement in my condition. But still there in no charm in the face and look very lean. How can I get them back?

thanks for using this forum.

it seems you were suffering from anemaia a disorder of blood cells and also decreased bone formation due to lack of vitamin d.both these can be quite stressing for the body.

replacement of vitamin B12 will return your blood cells and will return the glow in the face but will take some time.

you should meet some haematologist to fully diagnose your condition and add further supplements to help you.

hope this helps..
