Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Seroquel use in men usually does not affect the baby. It can affect the babies born to mothers who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy The effects in baby include muscle stiffness or shakiness, drowsiness, feeding/breathing difficulties, or constant crying. In men, its use can affect the sexual desire, affect sperm counts and cause enlargement of breasts. For further discussion and clarification, consider visiting your doctor/perinatologist.
Take care.
