Q: Taking red pill early

i am currently using monofeme and was wondering if it is possible to take the pill a week early as i dont want to have me period while on a holiday with my friends.

This should work but you can still have breakthrough bleeding or spotting during that time. Just skip the inactive week and start taking the next pills immediately.

You can also try a menstrual cup (reusable or disposable). That will allow you to wear it internally for much longer without any negative health problems associated with tampons or the hassle of pads. You can wear a cup for up to 12 hours without problems.
