Both Fertility blend and Ovulex are over-the-counter herbal products that contain herbal extracts that might help with the menstrual cycle. The manufacturers claim that the products increase the chances for getting pregnant by affecting the ovulation through a mixture of herbal extracts.
Although the manufacturers point to medical studies, no other independent medical studies could be found about these products, which is similar for many other over-the-counter herbal products.

However, if you are not allergic to any of the ingredients, you might want to give it a try. No data could be found whether theses tablets are allowed to be taken with sleep tablets (no generic or brand name provided for the tablets).

You might want to consult with your family doctor or a gynecologist about the effects of the above mentioned products on your fertility.
