Q: taking different birth controls

i just finished taking the birth control Lybrel but am no longer able to get that one anymore so i am now taking Tri-Sprintec. i took my last lybrel yesterday and just took my new kind today. i would just like to know if i could get pregnant by taking a new birth control and having sex within the next couple of days.
