I'm still not sure what you were trying to describe but if you want to get back on track with birth control pills, you need to start taking them again EVERYDAY, around the SAME TIME. Use protection for one week because it will take seven days for the pill to be effective.

well u see i take lutera birth control pills..and i'm suppost to take the first pill on my first day of period o the first sunday and Itook it on friday...i wanna know what should I do to get on track..

Have you taken the pill every day since Friday? If so, just continue as you have. It takes seven days for the pill to become effective if you opt not to strt it on the first day of your period.
