Hey! I just wanted to say I did the same thing! Actually I take mine late in the evening each day. When I woke up the following morning I suddenly took what should have been that evening's dose thinking I'd missed the previous night! So, I didn't take it that evening and tonight I'm back to the same routine (same time as usual). Will taking the dose in the a.m. cause a problem for me and was it alright to take the following days as always?
