My mother is dieing of Lung Cancer and in
her almost her last stages. Hospice is now
coming to the house and she is on heavy
doses of Oxy and also breakthrough Oxy for
in between. I write this with sorrow,
becuase I love this board. But, I love my
mother more. She means the world to me. I
am going to try and get over there as much
as possible now. I am just afraid that
being on such strong meds that she is not
use to at age 83 she is going to fall. She
can hardly walk as it is.
So, I am going to take a pretty long leave
from the board as I am not in any shape of
mind to help anyone right now except my
mom. I can't give a time limit. But from
the looks of things, it is going pretty
fast now. She was diagnosed over a year
ago. I will miss everyone for sure. But, I
am sure you would do the same thing. I
will no longer be on the computer at all.
My mind is just not in it right now. I
hope you understand and I would like to
keep my Mod status untill I return.
Please just say a prayer that she goes
without any real pain. That is my biggest
wish right now.
