Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you. PCOD is one of the important and known causes of infertility.

Weight loss is one of the important measures along with metformin which helps in restoring the ovulation and thus fertility. Irregular menstruation is a sign that you’re not ovulating.

Once you start taking the medications, I sincerely hope the ovulation and fertility should be restored. Drugs like clomid may be required for the ovulation.

Please consult your gynecologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
