I am 15 and I went to my doctor like, a month ago becaus i have shortness of breath, so he did a bunch of tests( blood test, ekg, 24 hour heart moniter, ultrasound) and so when i went back to see the results ( about 3 days ago) he said that on my 24 hour heart moniter my bpm is about 150-160 and so he took my bpm with his stephiscope and it was 160. this is wierd because the day i had the moniter i was bacicly sitting down all day:) but anyway he said that i had tachycardia and taht i cannot have too much of anything with caffine (ex. coffee, pop, chocolate, cough meds, etc) and that is it!! thats all he said!! he didnt even tell me what this tachycardia is!!! if you have any information, plz telll mee !!! thank u !
