tablets were still complete/whole in my foecus. a problem?

I had a hysterectomy last June, had haemoradic growths removed, full hysterectomy and a pulminay embolism. I am on warfarin and blood pressure tablets and anti deptessants, and pain killers as and when needed. I noticed yesterday, that after i passed motion the tablets were still complete/whole in my foecus. Is this a problem? Could it mean i am not getting the benefits of my medication?
