T.B. symptoms ?

sir, i am 33 years old i was sickness of piles, & ear infection in after that i sickness from cough very high and after that i were sensless in time to time in daily routine. and i checkup all test in relating to t.B. heart. but find all that normal. then i told to docter that when i feel cough then before sensless i drink water then i feel relax & my year is infected by infection lest thats is why reason.
