Q: systematic yeast infection

I have a systematic yeast infection and fibromyalgia. Can the infection produce ethanol in the body. I drank a large glass of orange jusice with no alcohol and shortly afterwards tested .03% alcohol. Need medical advice asap

According to some internet sources, yes it's possible for the body to produce alcohol.

You've been to the doctor about this, right? You're on anti-fungal medication?
